Online gold, silver and other metal platforms in Iran

Online metal purchases in Iran extend beyond melted gold to silver and copper. These platforms turn a toman payment into a metal balance recorded by weight, with account services for selling or requesting physical delivery. The metal, its purity, trading fees and delivery format distinguish the services.

Gold, silver and copper platform profiles

Talasea offers online purchases and sales of melted gold with amounts shown in tomans and gold weight. Its published features include purchases from 100,000 tomans, orders at a chosen price and automatic saving. Physical delivery is a separate service.

Features
Online purchases and sales, chosen-price orders, automatic saving, app and gift cards
Costs and delivery
The official rules list a 1% buying commission and a 1% selling commission. Online trading has no fabrication charge; physical delivery involves selecting a product and paying its applicable fabrication charge.

Wallgold brings melted gold and silver services together on its website and app. Its homepage identifies gold as 18-karat and silver as 925. Installment purchases and credit services sit alongside cash purchases, with separate processes and terms.

Features
Gold and silver purchases and sales, app, installment purchases and physical gold requests
Costs and delivery
Cash purchases, installment purchases and credit products have separate cost structures. Physical gold requests are submitted through the app, with collection in person at an arranged time.

Zarpin is a melted-gold platform with a toman wallet, price display and metal balances recorded by weight. Its purchase flow covers account creation, identity verification, wallet funding and selecting an amount or weight. Although its marketing discusses silver, the asset selector marks it as “coming soon.”

Features
Gold purchases and sales, wallet, official invoice, app and physical delivery requests
Costs and delivery
A no-fabrication-charge description does not establish a trading commission. This comparison does not quote a numeric fee. Holding a balance, selling and requesting physical delivery are account operations.

Noghresea specializes in melted silver. Its published services include purchases from 100,000 tomans, weight and toman displays, orders at a chosen price and physical silver delivery. Its product navigation also includes silver bars and granules.

Features
Silver purchases and sales, chosen-price orders, price chart, app and physical delivery
Costs and delivery
Purchasing without a fabrication charge differs from trading commission and the cost of converting a balance into a physical product. No independently confirmed numeric rate is quoted here; delivery specifications depend on the selected product and weight.

Meschi is designed for online copper purchases and sales. The trading interface displays a toman amount and copper quantity, with the purchased balance recorded in the account. Its published services include chosen-price orders, a price chart and physical delivery requests.

Copper trading, chosen-price orders, price chart, app and physical delivery

Its official FAQ says online purchases have no separate fabrication charge and the trading commission is displayed on the buy/sell screen. Selling a copper balance and withdrawing tomans are separate operations.

How online melted-gold purchases work

A melted-gold purchase converts a payment into a specified weight of gold at a stated purity. For example, 18-karat gold has a fineness of 750 parts per thousand, so its per-gram price differs from 24-karat gold. An account can record a fraction of a gram; each platform determines its minimum order.

Weight and toman value describe different aspects of a balance. The purchased weight is recorded when the trade completes, while its toman value moves with the metal price. Selling converts the metal balance into tomans at the rate used for that trade.

Silver platforms: purity and product format

Noghresea focuses on melted silver, while Wallgold presents 925 silver alongside gold. A 925 fineness means 92.5% purity, compared with 99.9% for 999 silver. Products of equal weight and different purity do not necessarily have the same price.

Melted silver, bars and granules are different product formats. A weight balance alone does not specify the delivered product; format, weight and conversion charges are part of a physical delivery request. Mentioning silver in marketing also does not establish an active market: Zarpin’s asset selector currently labels it as coming soon.

Copper and other metals online

Meschi provides online copper purchases and sales. Copper is an industrial metal widely used in wiring, equipment and construction, giving it a different market from gold. Weight units, product format and transport costs matter for physical delivery; equal weights of copper and gold represent different toman values.

This comparison covers gold, silver and copper. No active, confirmed platinum or palladium service is recorded here for the five platforms profiled.

Trading commissions, spreads and fabrication

A trading commission usually depends on the value of an order. On a 1,000,000-toman purchase, a 1% fee is 10,000 tomans. If a later sale also has a commission, that charge is calculated on the value of the sale.

The spread is the difference between buying and selling prices at the same moment. It differs from an explicit trading commission. A no-fabrication-charge offer refers to manufacturing costs and does not mean every cost has been removed.

Minting or fabrication, packaging and shipping can relate to physical delivery. Installment purchases and credit products also have their own contracts and costs, separate from cash purchase tariffs.

Weight balances and physical metal delivery

An online purchase usually records a weight balance in the account. Physical delivery is a separate operation that turns that balance into a product for collection or shipment. Minimum weight, purity, product format, preparation time and delivery method depend on the platform’s service.

Receiving a bar, melted gold or silver granules involves different products. Wallgold takes gold delivery requests through its app and provides in-person collection. Talasea’s rules separately identify fabrication charges for the chosen physical product.

Registration, verification and toman settlement

Registration starts with a mobile number. Identity and bank information connect the account to its owner. After the required steps, the wallet can be funded and purchases entered by amount or weight. Order history and metal balances are available through the account.

Selling metal, withdrawing tomans and requesting physical delivery are separate operations. A sale converts the metal balance to tomans; a withdrawal transfers money to a bank account; physical delivery concerns receiving the metal itself. Banking settlement does not necessarily take place at the moment of the trade.

Metal platforms, gold funds and gold tokens

On a metal platform, an order relates to a weight balance of the metal in the account. With a gold fund, units are traded through a brokerage; the fund’s assets and unit price define the holding. Buying a fund unit does not record that number of grams in a metal-platform account.

Gold-linked tokens are digital assets with an issuer, network and redemption conditions. Their custody and transfer arrangements differ from the toman and weight balances used by the platforms in this article.
